Does HIPAA Agent work with our existing Microsoft 365 setup?
Yes. HIPAA Agent integrates through Microsoft's standard Copilot Studio and Power Platform infrastructure. If your organization uses Microsoft 365 Business, Enterprise, or Government plans, the integration works with your existing tenant.
Do we need Azure credits or a separate subscription?
The Copilot Studio agent requires a Copilot Studio license (included in some M365 plans). The custom connector works with Power Automate and Power Apps licenses. No separate Azure subscription is required for basic functionality.
Can we use this for multiple practice locations?
Yes. The enterprise plan supports multi-location compliance management through a single Microsoft 365 tenant. Each location gets its own HIPAA Agent Compliance Score™, findings, and compliance tracking — with a consolidated dashboard for executives.
Is the data stored in our Microsoft environment?
Scan results and compliance data are stored in HIPAA Agent's encrypted infrastructure. With the SharePoint integration (coming soon), you'll be able to sync evidence documents directly to your own SharePoint environment.
